We are located 50 minutes from Los Angeles and 90 minutes from San Diego. There is much to do in Orange County. We offer such amusement parks as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. During summer you can cool down at Wild Rivers water park, attend the annual Orange County Fair, visit the Sawdust Festival and, if you really plan ahead, attend the annual Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach. There are many theater complexes in Irvine, including the Irvine Spectrum Theaters with 21 screens and a 3-D IMAX theater located in the Irvine Spectrum Center. Of course, there are the beautiful beaches in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and Laguna Beach. Also, there are many large shopping centers in the area, including the beautiful outdoor Fashion Island shopping center in Newport Beach, and the mega shopping center South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Needless to say, there is much to do in the area! For more information and suggestions, visit the Orange County Tourism Council website.
